Our 2019 Aglianico vintage is a bold powerhouse of a wine that hosts impressive yet subtle suggestions of lemongrass, jasmine, and citrus zest. Both smooth and lively, this white wine is solid in its varietal character with an engaging personality and a lively finish. 

The palate offers an elegant blend of dark cherries, rhubarb and blackberry, evolving into complex flavors of cranberry, walnut, and cassis. Stainless steel fermentation with daily punch downs and pump overs is followed by malolactic fermentation before barrel aging for 8 months in French oak.

Our Grenache Blanc presents a full aroma of suggestions of apple pear and lemongrass, complemented by an elegant, well balanced bevy of bolder flavors of apple, raspberry zest, and orange. Boasting a vigorous textured finish, this Grenache Blanc is characterized by high alcohol and low acidity.

This Chardonnay is barrel aged and went through 50% Malolactic Fermentation. It was placed in French and American oak barrels, 15% of which is new wood, that were hand selected from only the finest coopers, such as Seguin Moreau, Mendocino Cooperage, Demptos and Radoux. Barrel aged, along with the lees being stirred every two weeks once fermentation is complete.

Our Estate Chardonnay is a delicious white wine that boasts flavors of fresh peaches with subtle hints of citrus for a rounded dry finish. A fan favorite, this white wine satisfies the palate with a smooth and solid varietal character.

Our 2018 Estate Sparkling is made in the traditional method, using classic Champagne grapes from Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. This sparkling wine is fun for any occasion. Made from French Colombard, an offspring of Chenin Blanc, we pride ourselves on delivering a robust sparkling made through the Méthod Charmat technique.
